Fitting Options:
*: Can substitute with 'Solace' if cost effective

**: Can substitute for Drone Link Augmentor or Smartbomb depending on tactical situation.

Instructions: Buddy up with another Domi and make sure you have 2 remote cap transfers running on them and they have 2 on you. With such an arrangement, you will both be recharging cap fast enough to perma-run at least one remote armour repper without draining your cap. Use cap booster to inject under heavy load.

You prolly don't need a MWD on a RR BS gang that isn't traveling anywhere. I could see the need on a 'roaming gang' RR BS fleet tho.

Yeah I was wondering about that. Tbh the whole rack of mid slots makes me go bleh a bit. If you're just there to RR, why not get some rechargers on there (much as I hate the idea in a pvp ship)? Its not a good tackling ship anyway, and if you boost your recharge rate, you shouldn't need the booster anyway.

More like a mobile RR gang, and for that it's good.

You aren't just there to RR though. You are there to be part of a RR fleet, which necessitates versatility of purpose.

RRBSes are slower than dirt without propulsion mods like mwds. Even if you aren't planning to roam with the fleet, there are still tactical needs for movement. To use a POS shoot for example, we could run into warp disruptors on opposite sides of a POS, therefore we would need to slow burn from one side to the other to incap both disruptors (if people are fit for typical POS shoot mid to short range high dps). MWD is also essential for warp bubbles, which mind you do not just occur on gates. A DIC or HIC can make a RRBS have a very bad day if you cant burn out of the bubble and we need to get out.

As a logistics fit, ECCM is important to reduce jamming. You are essential for other people to live!!! They can't afford for you to be jammed.

Webber and Scrambler can be traded out for other mods if there is plenty of tackling support. However, if you have the slots, best to use them for that purpose. Cap rechargers are highly inefficient compared to alternative options we have using high slots. Remote cap transfer is far more efficient for maintaining cap stability in Logi ships. Either 2 Domis caping each other, or 1 domi & 1 guardian. Using the mids for rechargers is a waste of a slot in terms of fleet mechanics. It is fine if you are soloing or PvEing, but do not use them for RRBS fleets...

And Cap Booster for emergencies, when you just have to have extra juice.
