Short range fit. LSE instead of invul needs mad fitting skillz or an implant. If you do that might want to go with a anti-em, anti-therm and extender rigs.

It does have more lows for armor tanking. But the idea is to also have logistics in fleet, so armor tanking doesn't help if the logis are for shields.
