I wouldn't use a med slot for a point myself. Let the drakes point

Vulnerable ship, should stay a bit further out etc.

Dont cerbs traditionally sniper? Point definitely seems unnecessary.

To be fair, ALL of the Lazertits fittings thus far are intended for sniping. It would be inappropriate on the Brutix and Drake fittings too....

But the Drake has much more raw buffer, not to mention more med slots.

The drake would be able to fight effectively at any range really as long as it could tank so it makes sense for those to point.
