This fit needs a pg4 implant, if you dont want that downgrade the killmailwhoring gun to something smaller or replace one cap power relay with another PDU. If you have logi V you dont need the cap recharger so you can fit more shield resists or more eccm.

Addendum:
**Without Energy Transfer: Invul and ECCM always on. From MWD and shield transfers, can use any 2 constantly while cap stable. Can use any 3 in short bursts only. Cannot use all 4
**With Medium Energy Transfer from a Basilisk: Same Fitting, Can use all mods including MWD while cap stable
**With Medium Energy Transfer from a BC: Same Fitting, Can use all shield transfers while cap stable. Can technically use all mods while cap stable, however MWD will likely pull you out of cap transfer range
